Who you're dealing with

Indian Electronics Co. is a brand of Kishan Govind Enterprise LLP, 146/73, Deeg Gate, Mathura, Uttar Pradesh — 281001 (ACO-1431). Every invoice and agreement under the Indian Electronics Co. name is with the LLP. “We” and “us” in these terms mean Kishan Govind Enterprise LLP.

Product information on this site

This site is published for information. We work to keep specifications and compatibility notes accurate, and we publish our products' limitations alongside their strengths, but specifications may change between production batches — the datasheet supplied with your unit and your invoice are the definitive record for what you bought. If you spot an error here, tell us and we'll correct it.

Enquiries, not orders

This website does not accept orders or payments. An enquiry does not create a contract. Prices and specifications shown here are information, not an offer. A sale exists only once we have agreed quantity, price, and delivery with you in writing and issued a GST invoice.

• We sell directly and through authorised partners, by email and invoice. Your purchase contract is with whoever issued your invoice.
• Because there are no online transactions, this site publishes no online shipping or refund policy. Dispatch, delivery, replacement, and return terms are set out in the quotation and invoice for your order.
• Prices are quoted in INR and, unless stated otherwise, include GST. A GST invoice accompanies every sale.
• Keep your invoice — it is your record of what you bought, when, and from whom.

Using the product safely

Our chargers must be used as described in the supplied manual and the published specifications — the correct battery type, the rated input range, and the stated operating environment. Use outside those limits is at your own risk. Do not open the enclosure; there are no user-serviceable parts inside.

Limits of our liability

These terms are governed by Indian law. If something goes wrong, talk to us first. Failing that, disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts at Mathura, Uttar Pradesh, without limiting your right as a consumer to approach a consumer commission where you live.

If we change these terms, we'll update the date at the top. The terms in force on the date of your purchase are the ones that apply to that purchase.
