What we collect, and what we do with it

Who we are

Indian Electronics Co. is a brand of Kishan Govind Enterprise LLP, 146/73, Deeg Gate, Mathura, Uttar Pradesh — 281001 (ACO-1431). When this policy says “we”, it means the LLP. We are the data fiduciary for personal data collected through this website under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

What we collect

Only what you send us by email. This site has no contact form, no accounts, no cart, and no payment gateway — it collects nothing from you as you browse. Personal data reaches us in exactly one way:

• Your email to us — your name, business name, the address you write from, any contact details you include, and whatever you choose to tell us in the message.

That is the whole of it. We do not buy or append data from third parties, and we do not build profiles.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no cookies of its own and runs no analytics, advertising pixels, session recording, or social embeds. Nothing follows you from page to page, so there is no consent banner to click. Our web host keeps standard server logs — IP address, page requested, timestamp, browser type — for security and diagnostics; these are not used to identify or track you. If we ever add analytics or any tracking, we will say so here and ask for consent first.

What we use it for

• Replying to your email, and quoting or invoicing you if you go on to order.
• Responding to partner and sales enquiries.
• Meeting legal obligations — tax records, responding to lawful requests from authorities.

We will not add you to a marketing list you didn't ask to join, and we will never sell your data.

Who we share it with

We use two service providers, and only because email and a website have to run on something. Both are named here:

• Zoho Mail (Zoho Corporation, India) — hosts our mailboxes, so it stores and delivers the mail you send us, under its own data-processing terms.
• Cloudflare Pages (Cloudflare, Inc.) — serves these pages from its global network and keeps the short-lived request logs described above.

Beyond that we share nothing. No advertising networks, no data brokers, no payment processors (we take no payments here), and no courier gets your details unless you have placed an order with us and asked us to ship it. Some of these providers operate servers outside India, so running this site and our email can involve a transfer of data abroad; each is bound by its own data-processing terms. We will disclose data to a government authority only where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept while we are in conversation with you and for up to two years afterwards, then deleted. Records we must keep under tax law are kept as long as that law requires.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it (unless a law requires us to keep it). Write to sales@indianelectronicscompany.com with “Privacy” in the subject line. If you're not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
